6. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Any payment or subscription on PrivateBabes is for advertising and promotional services only.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing by PrivateBabes.
  • PrivateBabes does not process payments for, nor is involved in, any personal services or bookings.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

  • No advertising, solicitation, or arrangement of illegal services (including but not limited to prostitution, trafficking, or underage services) is permitted.
  • No posting of obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Any breach may result in immediate suspension, deletion of your account, and referral to authorities.

8. Content Ownership & Use

By submitting content (including images, text, and videos) to PrivateBabes, you grant PrivateBabes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You must have all rights and permissions for any content you upload.
